1. Introduction
Welcome to Expendefy, a white-labeled e-commerce platform operated by Blupx Private Limited.
By accessing or using our website, applications, dashboards, APIs, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users including businesses, sellers, buyers, delivery partners, staff admins, and visitors accessing the platform.
2. Services
Expendefy provides white-labeled e-commerce infrastructure including but not limited to:
Buyer applications and web platforms
Seller dashboards and management systems
Delivery partner applications
Admin and operational dashboards
Inventory, order, and financial management tools
Payment and invoicing integrations
Hosting, support, and maintenance services
Features and offerings may vary depending on the selected subscription or enterprise plan.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account and provide accurate business or personal information.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and updated information
Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Expendefy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms.
4. Payments & Billing
All pricing, setup fees, subscription fees, platform charges, and additional development costs are displayed on our pricing or quotation pages and may be updated from time to time.
Users agree to pay all applicable charges associated with their selected plan or services.
Failure to complete payments may result in service suspension, feature restrictions, or account termination.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments made to Expendefy, including setup fees, subscription charges, customization fees, development costs, onboarding charges, and support retainers, are strictly non-refundable.
The one-time setup fee is charged for resource allocation, onboarding, infrastructure setup, branding, deployment, and technical configuration, and therefore cannot be refunded once payment is processed.
If custom development, integrations, UI/UX work, branding, deployment, or server provisioning has begun, cancellation requests will not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.
In case a client discontinues services after project initiation or subscription activation:
Any completed work shall remain chargeable
Pending dues for completed milestones may still apply
Access to services may be revoked upon cancellation
Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, shall be solely at the discretion of Expendefy / Blupx Private Limited.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, designs, systems, source code, dashboards, content, graphics, and platform infrastructure remain the intellectual property of Expendefy and/or Blupx Private Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Users may not:
Copy or redistribute platform code
Reverse engineer the software
Resell the platform without authorization
Use Expendefy branding without permission
7. Platform Availability
While we strive for uninterrupted services, Expendefy does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation.
We are not liable for:
Temporary downtime
Third-party API failures
Hosting interruptions
Payment gateway outages
Data loss caused by external providers or user negligence
Scheduled maintenance or upgrades may temporarily affect availability.
8. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
Upload unlawful or harmful content
Conduct fraudulent transactions
Abuse platform infrastructure
Violate intellectual property rights
Use the platform for illegal activities
Expendefy reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious or prohibited activities.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and store user information.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expendefy and Blupx Private Limited shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Business interruption
Loss of profits or data
Unauthorized account access
Delays caused by third-party providers
Users access and use the platform at their own risk.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if:
Terms are violated
Payments remain overdue
Fraudulent activity is detected
Misuse of services occurs
Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.
13. Changes to Terms
Expendefy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
